In 2021, as COVID-19 restrictions lifted, and we were able to set foot in nightclubs again, one thing I realized I had not missed was the 10 minutes standing in line at the bar, being pushed around just to get a drink. At that moment it hit me – there has got to be a better way to do this. Afterwards, a team who shared this passion was put together, driven by the desire to bridge the gap between customers and venues, setting out to create a platform that goes beyond transactional interactions.
